Sessions are $120 for individuals and $150 for couples. I offer 50-minute sessions, and payment is due at the time of service.

I am a private-pay provider and do not accept insurance at this time. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to seek out-of-network reimbursement through your insurance plan.

I primarily draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment-based approaches. These models help us get to the heart of your experiences so that healing can take root and real change can happen.

Everyone’s journey is different. Some clients come for a few months to work through something specific, while others stay longer for deeper healing and growth. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy continues to feel meaningful and helpful for you.

I ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given (except in cases of illness or emergency), a $100 fee will apply.
