You may not have had the kind of relationships that made space for your emotions. You might’ve learned to disconnect from your needs, or to carry the weight for everyone else. And now, those old patterns show up in your most important relationships—with partners, with family, and with yourself.
But here’s the good news: attachment wounds are formed in relationship, and they can also be healed in relationship. That’s where our work begins.

Attachment Science
Your past relationships taught you how safe (or unsafe) it was to reach for others. We explore those early blueprints and how they still impact your present. From there, we begin to gently rewire those patterns, so you can experience more security, authenticity, and connection.
Relational Safety & Emotional Regulation
I help clients move from reactivity and shutdown to deeper emotional presence, with themselves and others. Our sessions create a space where you can begin to trust again—yourself, your emotions, and the people you love.
